Christmas in Tennessee

We made our annual trip to Tennessee for Christmas. It was very peaceful and secluded, exactly what we wanted. We all had a great time spending equal amounts of down time and go time. This year we took the drive over to Asheville and visited the Biltmore. It was beautiful and Michael was very interested in everything, unlike our last visit. Asheville had been getting a beating with snow and there were drifts as deep as two feet in some places.

We also went to the Dixie Stampede for the Christmas show and our favorite church for the Christmas Eve Candelight Service. In all we figured there were 4 rounds of mini-golf, 7 rounds of laser tag, and 11 rounds of go-karts. Our cabin this year was very secluded but still close to the "action". There were no other cabins in sight and we had a beautiful view of the mountains.
