There's been lots of sleep-overs so far this summer. Most importantly were the ones with Grace and the Z-Man!

Things Other than Baseball

So, other than baseball we've been doing.... baseball camp! Do you see a theme here?

Summer Fun - So Far

I know, I know, I'm woefully behind on my posts. So we'll do a couple of groupings. Summer is in full swing with camps, baseball, and sleep overs! We'll start with baseball. Michael's team, the Stix, played in several tournaments so far including one at the Ranger's Youth Ballpark. The boys are having a great time!

1st Trip to the ER

Continuing the theme, in the 1st game at the Ranger's Youth Ballpark Tournament Michael failed to catch a ball with his glove and, instead, tried to catch it with his face. The result - his first broken bone, his nose. So.... off to the ER. What was he most upset about? The doctor said no baseball for a week. This was devastating news for Bruiser! Luckily Doc Mac overruled that call and we were back on the field on Tuesday!!!

Christina Graduation!

Hard to believe but my niece graduated from High School!!! Gosh I feel old! I remember flying with her from Houston to Dallas when she was about 5, I never thought she'd live to be 6 much less 18!!!

Moving Grace!

One other exciting thing this summer was we moved Grace from Dallas to Flower Mound!!! So, now she's only a couple of miles away and Michael is loving getting to spend more time with her. He's also earning some extra money by mowing Grace's yard!!

1st Game as a Stix!

We had our 1st game as a Stix on Friday in the form of a scrimmage against.... The Storm (our old team). It was great to see our Storm friends and the boys all played well. Here are a couple of pics from the event.
